When it arrives

No charge, a phone call first, and about a week from the call to your hands. Here is the whole of it.

The delivery charge: there is none

There is no delivery charge on any order, to any of the countries we serve, and no minimum spend to reach first. The price on the product page is the whole of what the courier collects — no line is added at the end, and none on the doorstep.

From the form to the front door

  1. 1. The call

    After you order, we ring the number you gave — usually within one working day. We read back the product, the address and the exact sum the driver will collect. If we cannot reach you at all, the order is not packed.

  2. 2. 1–2 working days to hand it over

    Once the call is done, the parcel goes to the courier or postal operator that covers your country within one to two working days.

  3. 3. 3–7 working days on the road

    Depending on the country. These are the times the routes normally run, drawn from experience — not guaranteed dates.

  4. 4. At the door

    You pay the driver in cash and the parcel is yours. Nothing was owed before that moment.

Following the parcel

There is no tracking box on this site and no login. The tracking details come from us: our call centre, the one that confirmed your order, gives them to you on that call or whenever you ask, and it is the operator's own page that shows the journey. Some routes have no consumer-facing tracking; on those you are told the dispatch date instead. The full picture is on following a parcel.

If nothing has arrived 10 working days after the confirmation call, tell us at mail@buyatopia.com: we open a trace, and if the parcel cannot be found you choose between a replacement and your money back — which, having paid nothing yet, is nothing to get back.

Changing the address

Before the hand-over it is easy: say so on the confirmation call, or write to us the same day. After the hand-over the address is with the operator and we cannot alter it from here; you can still refuse the parcel at the door and pay nothing, and once it has been delivered the right of withdrawal is there.
