The call comes first
Within about a working day of your order we ring the number you gave, read the item, the address and the exact amount back to you, and ask whether it is all right. Nothing is packed before that call.
Following an order →Packed and handed over
One to two working days after the call, the parcel is with the courier or postal operator that covers your country.
Arrival times →Three to seven working days on the road
The time depends on the country. There is nothing to pay for the transport, whatever the order. If you want to follow the parcel, the details come from us — on the call, or whenever you ask.
