What it is

Lay the open end of a bag on the strip, close the lid, press the button: the machine draws the air out and heat-seals the bag. Meat and fish keep for weeks in the freezer without frost burn, and cheese and coffee stay fresh in the fridge. A gentle mode for soft food, and a roll of bags to start with.

    I use it for coffee beans and cheese as well as the freezer. The cheese lasts weeks now. It is bigger than a toaster, so find it a shelf.
